Retaliation for L &I claim [on hold]

Multi tool use
I submitted a L&I claim for sick pay and salary issues.Since filing claim there has been constant retaliation. Finally it caused a nervous breakdown and I am now on medical leave .I have filed a retaliation claim with L & I. My employer has banned me from facility while on medical leave. Is this legal since I need access to other employees to prove my retaliation claim?

Could be Department/Bureau of Licenses and Inspections and possibly Washington state. Sandy, if you're in the US, yes, they can ban require you to stay away from your work site while on medical leave--including email.
