I have come to know of certain conduct by individuals in my organization that were it public knowledge it could have significant reputation and fiduciary consequences for the organization? Should I just keep quiet and leave or do I have a moral obligation to do that which is right, even at great personal cost?

By not disclosing this information to relevant authorities you maybe implicated as a part of crime for hiding information if found out. But IANAL so I am not sure.
