PHP Powercli vmware

0

I have a web app in PHP 5.6 and I would like to be able to manage VMware 5.5 virtual machine from it like : get VM info, stop/Start/restart VM,...
I have installed powercli command on my server windows 2012. The apache service is running with a user who has all privilege to VMware server.
Actually, I can execute powershell command from my app to Start, stop ans restart services on vm.

Can some one help me?
