The Jazz Workshop – George Russell, ankaŭ The Jazz Workshop – The George Russell Smalltet estis la unua muzikalbumo de komponisto, aranĝisto kaj perkutinstrumentisto George Russell. Ĝi ekestis dum tri registradkunsidoj kun parte malsamaj instrumentistaroj ekde la 31-a de marto ĝis la 21-a de decembro 1956 en Novjorko. La sondisko aperis en 1957 ĉe diskeldonejo RCA Victor en la serio The Jazz Workshop, ankaŭ The RCA Victor Jazz Workshop.
