I have found a job offer (a lead) for a C++ developer in the company's own web page, but I don't know how to pass it so that the rest of the members may apply to company directly.

How should I proceed ?

PS: I will not the responsibility of company's reply, I just trying to help.

You should have your company follow the appropriate channels. SO has a job board. They have protocols for using it. This is not it nor is it how.
