Possibilities to get a work permit rejected (Netherlands)

0

Some weeks ago, I did a process with a company from the Netherlands. The process went very well and they want to hire me. I already sign the contract, send the documents required and all the stuff and they already started the work permit process with the IND (I am waiting for the answer).

The company is a recognised sponsor by the IND. Also, I am applying as a highly skilled migrant. I will earn a competitive salary according to my age, so it is not something that can affect the process.

My unique concern that makes me very anxious is the fact that I do not have a Bachelor Degree. I only have a technical and a technological degrees that are equivalent to 1 and 3 years of study (Here in my country a Bachelor Degree is 5 years, I am from Colombia).

Based on this, I have read these similar questions:

Work permit for Europe without bachelor degree/diploma

Is it likely to get a job in Europe as a front end software developer with no bachelor?

Those are pretty similar but do not apply to me at all because in their cases they neither have a Bachelor Degree nor the years of work experience.

Putting all of these in context, my question is: Is it very possible to get the work permit rejected because of the absence of the Bachelor Degree?

If someone has been on this similar situation or know something similar I would really appreciate your answers. Thanks in advance, I will keep this updated once I get an answer from the IND.
